Our story

Mark Zalmanek created his Legendary Garlic & Basic Dressing in 2000 as a simple salad dressing, with simple ingredients, that simply left his friends and family saying “WOW!” After years of keeping this fabulous dressing exclusive to his inner circle, Mark has finally decided to share it with fellow foodies, and put a smile on the faces of all who taste it.

When Mark isn’t whipping up delicious dressing, he is running Autoworks Colorado - his family owned, full service German vehicle repair shop serving Littleton, Ken Caryl and beyond. They service Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Mini Cooper, and Volkswagen vehicles.
